Begin by filling out the Registration Form with your basic information, such as your contact details and home address.

Schedule a Home Inspection

After submitting the registration form, a Homestay Coordinator will contact you to schedule a home inspection.



This step ensures that your home meets the necessary standards for hosting an international student.

Complete the Available Room Report

Once the inspection is complete, log in to your account with your Email address.

Host Family Assignment

When a student selects a homestay option in your area, the Homestay Coordinator will reach out to you to confirm availability and begin preparations for the student’s arrival.

What are the requirements to become a host family?

To become a host family, there are a few guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for international students to live and study. You must provide a welcoming space suitable for learning English. For more details, please watch this video:

How do I register or log in to the portal?

Register using your email address. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email each time you log in. Simply use the OTP to access the portal.

Can I change my login email address?

Yes, you can change your login email. Just update your email address on your profile page.
